Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Tactivo account — the app it applies to is Tactivo, published by Tactivo Limited. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you. Both routes delete the same data.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Tactivo and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. The account and its data are erased immediately.
Option 2 — ask us to delete it
Email info@tactivo.co.uk from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my Tactivo account. Tell us the email address the account uses. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your coaching profile: display name, role, qualification, experience.
- Your session plans, saved sessions, drills you wrote, ratings and favourites.
- The record of when you opened the app and signed in.
What we may keep, and for how long
- Records the law requires us to hold — for example transaction records for accounting, or logs needed for fraud and abuse prevention. Kept only for the period the law requires, then deleted.
How long it takes
Your account and its data are erased from our live systems the moment you confirm. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
