Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Tactivo Limited (“Tactivo”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17373279, whose registered office is 63 Carlton Road, Erith, DA8 1DX.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Tactivo you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the service

Tactivo provides football coaching and session-planning tools. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done through it. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the sessions and drills you create. You grant us permission to store them and show them back to you inside the app, and nothing more: Tactivo does not publish your content or show it to other coaches. You can delete it at any time.

4. Our content

The Tactivo drill library, animations, software, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them inside the app for your own coaching. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the library as your own product.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Tactivo for anything unlawful; harass, abuse or impersonate anyone; upload harmful, discriminatory or infringing material; publish the personal details of players or other people; attempt to break, probe or overload our systems; or scrape the service.

6. Safeguarding

Tactivo is a planning tool, not a safeguarding system. You remain responsible for the safety and welfare of the players you coach and for following the rules of your club and national association. Do not enter children's personal details into the app.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may change these terms; where a change is material we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

8. Paid plans

Some features may be offered on a paid subscription. Where they are, the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you buy, and purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by that store's terms and refund rules.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings, or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

10. Liability

Tactivo is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or £100. Coaching decisions, including whether a drill is appropriate and safe for your players, remain yours.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
