Common questions
What is Tactivo?
A football session planner for coaches. You choose what the session should work on and tell it your age group, team size and how long you have; Tactivo builds the full session from a library of coach-authored drills and animates each one so you can see how it runs.
What does it cost?
Tactivo is free to join while we are in early access. If we introduce a paid plan, the price and terms will be shown before you buy and nothing will be charged without you agreeing to it.
Which devices does it run on?
Tactivo runs in any modern mobile browser today and can be added to your home screen. Native iOS and Android apps are in preparation.
I have forgotten my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact support.
How do I report a bug or bad content?
Inside the app, use Settings → Report a problem, or email us. We read every report.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Use Settings → Delete account in the app, or the form on our account deletion page. Your data is erased from our live systems immediately, and from encrypted backups within 30 days. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Is Tactivo suitable for children to use?
No. Tactivo is a tool for coaches and you must be 16 or over to hold an account. Do not enter the personal details of the children you coach.
